This Privacy Policy explains how Movezle Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Movezle", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our websites, the Aurvitruck booking app, our partner apps and related services (together, the "Platform"). By using the Platform you agree to the practices described here.

Location and GPS data from vehicles and, where you permit it, from your device, so trips can be tracked in real time.

2. How we use your information

To create and manage your account and process bookings, payments and documents.
To match loads with verified vehicles and enable live tracking, e-bilty, POD and invoicing.
To provide customer support and resolve disputes or claims.
To improve safety, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
To send service updates and, with your consent, offers and product information.

3. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service, including with:

Drivers, fleet owners and shippers involved in your specific trip.
Payment processors, insurers and logistics partners who help fulfil a booking.
Service providers who host, analyse or support the Platform under confidentiality obligations.

4. Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When no longer required, data is deleted or anonymised.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to safeguard your data and to notify you of significant incidents where required.
