Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Movezle Platform, including our websites, the Aurvitruck booking app and related services operated by Movezle Technologies Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or placing a booking, you accept these Terms.

1. What Movezle does

Movezle operates a technology platform that connects shippers with independent, verified drivers and fleet owners for the transportation of goods. Movezle facilitates discovery, booking, tracking, documentation and payments. The actual carriage of goods is performed by independent transport operators.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use.

3. Bookings and pricing

• When you enter pickup, drop and load details, the app shows an estimated price band; the exact market-linked price is confirmed shortly after booking.
• A booking becomes binding once confirmed in the app.
• Once a vehicle reaches the pickup point, the vehicle type cannot be changed.
• Detention or waiting charges may apply if loading exceeds the permitted free time after the vehicle arrives.

4. Payments

Payment is due when the vehicle reaches the loading point and can be made in-app through supported methods (UPI, net banking, IMPS, NEFT). Invoices and consignment documents are made available digitally.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel a booking from the app. To avoid a cancellation charge, cancel before the assigned vehicle reaches the pickup location. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited and restricted goods

You may not tender goods that are illegal or unsafe to transport. Restricted items include, without limitation, oil and flammable liquids, perishable items, biohazardous material and nuclear or radioactive waste. You are responsible for declaring goods accurately.

7. Loading, unloading and packing

Transport operators handle carriage only. Loading, unloading and packing are arranged by you unless separately agreed in writing.

8. Tracking and documentation

Vehicles are GPS-enabled to provide live tracking. Proof of Delivery, e-bilty and invoices are generated in the app. Use of tracking is also subject to our Shipping & Tracking Terms.

9. Insurance

Optional in-transit cover for your goods may be offered at checkout and is subject to the terms and limits of the underwriting insurer. Selecting cover is your choice.

10. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access.
• Do not use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent or infringing activity.
• Do not scrape, copy or resell Platform content without permission.

11. Liability

Movezle provides the technology platform "as is" and is not the carrier of goods. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movezle is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Intellectual property

The Movezle name, logo, apps and content are owned by Movezle Technologies Pvt Ltd and may not be used without permission.

13. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or suspend accounts that breach them. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Gurugram/Delhi NCR, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
